As of the fourth quarter of 2023, St. Mary’s D’Youville Pavilion was owned by St. Marys Health System, according to Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The nursing home, located in Androscoggin County, has been owned by St. Marys Health System since Sep. 16, 1983.
