Despite an early double-figure lead, the Mustangs found themselves in a close game at the half against the Bengals of UMaine Fort Kent. A HUGE 3rd quarter (33-16) gave the Mustangs the spread they needed to coast to the 91-77 victory.

Six Mustangs scored in double-figures, a new season-high. Leading the way was Emily Strachan (Lewiston, ME) with 17 points, followed by Chantel Ouellette (Auburn, ME) and Luna Love (Zwolle, Netherlands) with 13 points each. Kali Thompson (Waterville, ME) just missed a double-double with 12 points and 9 rebounds. Clara Bandh (Sollentuna, Sweden) hit for 12 points, while Winnie LaRochelle (Rangeley, ME) scored a career-high 10 points. 

The Mustangs bench accounted for 40 points.

Arieyle Baker led the Bengals with an impressive 22 points and 17 rebounds. 

The Mustangs led by as much as 26 points with 8:30 left in the final quarter, but the Bengals scrapped their way back into the game, cutting it to an 8-point deficit with a minute left.
