On Friday, March 21, former Edward Little High School standout Drew Smith’s current college team, the UConn Huskies, won 3-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the UNC Greensboro Spartans.
The game took place at UNCG Baseball Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Spartans this season.
The Huskies’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 22 at 2 p.m. at UNCG Baseball Stadium against UNC Greensboro Spartans.
