In a matchup on Friday, March 6, former Edward Little High School star Rachel Penny’s new team, the JWU Providence Wildcats, were defeated 62-46 by the Southern Maine Huskies during the NCAA Division III Basketball Tournament.

The contest was held at Morrell Gymnasium at 5:15 p.m. and marked the Wildcats’ first encounter with the Southern Maine Huskies in the tournament.
