Julie Develin, MSHRD, SHRM-SCP, is well-versed in the impact of employee relations, workplace flexibility, and workforce development on business operations. An experienced senior HR leader, Develin works as a Sr. HCM Strategic Advisor. In this Internal role she works with organizations across the country on strategic workplace initiatives to enhance productivity, improve communication, and increase satisfaction across the workforce.

HR Thursdays are presented in partnership with the LA Metro Chamber, Central Maine Human Resource Association, and the Lewiston CareerCenter and offer employers resources and tools to help gain a competitive edge. Presenters will share best practices with businesses owners, HR staff, and hiring managers in order to create meaningful recruitment, training, and retention strategies. HR Thursdays allow participants, whether employers of one employee or 1500, to gain the information needed to survive the labor shortage while giving tangible, and usable, tools and resources.
