The Sams Smoke & Novelties at 2 Pigeon Hill Road is selling the cheapest regular gasoline in Mechanic Falls for the week of August 26-September 1, according to GasBuddy.com.
Gas was priced at $2.49 per gallon.

The lowest price for a gallon of midgrade gas in Androscoggin County during the week ending Jan. 31 was $2.93, according to customer reports to GasBuddy.
In Androscoggin County, the week’s lowest diesel gas price was $3.50 per gallon as of the week ending Jan. 10.
