July is Park & Recreation Month and was proclaimed locally at the 7/19/22 Lewiston City Council meeting by Mayor Carl L. Sheline. He also recognized Recreation Director Nicole Welch and Public Works Director Mary Ann Brenchick for their departments’ continued excellence in maintaining and advocating the use of Lewiston’s green space and parks by residents and visitors alike.
