Hancock County Sheriff's Office Deputy Travis Frost 10 years of service

On Tuesday, 10.04.2022, the Hancock County Commissioners, along with Sheriff Scott Kane, recognized Deputy Travis Frost for his 10 years of service with the Hancock County Sheriffs Office.  Deputy Frost has the distinction of being the first K-9 handler with the Sheriffs Office. Deputy Frost and his 4 legged partner, Finn, have enjoyed success in the form of locating both missing people and fleeing suspects along with the detection of narcotics in countless investigations.  The implementation of the K-9 program has proven an invaluable addition to the Sheriffs Office and an asset utilized by area agencies.  Congratulations Deputy Frost and thank you for your 10 years of selfless service to the citizens of Hancock County.
