After the game Head Coach Bruce Robertson commented, "This was a good start for us this fall on the road. We had to wait an extra week for our opening game due to NHTI not having a team this fall. I think the players used that waiting an extra week as fuel and came out on fire today. We hit the ball well today from our young and reloaded team. With time I only see us improving. Olivia Scott is our sole returning pitcher from that team and she sent a statement today in the circle and at the plate that she wants a return trip to Dubois, PA for sure. We only return 5 players from our Spring 2022 Nationals run but our incoming players are hungry and eager to help our return players get back there and today was a good start!"
