Graduates earn 87 degrees, certificates from Maine College of Health Professions

About 65.5 percent of the 87 degrees and certificates handed out by Maine College of Health Professions in 2017-18 were to students in programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the private not-for-profit institution in Lewiston conferred 57 associate's degrees in registered nursing/registered nurse programs.

Other popular programs include radiologic technology/science - radiographer, nursing assistant/aide and patient care assistant/aide and nuclear medical technology/technologist.

The college enrolled 177 students for 2017-18, all of whom were enrolled in undergraduate programs.
