Members of the Bates community enjoyed a beloved tradition: the International Dinner.
Attended by 128 diners in Commons, the meal featured the efforts of 58 students who shared the cooking on teams.
“We decided to have a short parade after the group photo applauding seniors and the students who wore attire from their home country,” said Associate Dean for International Student Programs James Reese.
“Twenty-five exquisite and delicious dishes were served,” he said. “Some spicy, some not! Professor Paul Schofield from philosophy prepared a dish from China that all said was perfectly authentic!”
