Welcome to our Mentor Awards! Most evenings for the next few weeks we will highlight a healthcare professional who stepped up to be an amazing mentor to an MCHP student this past year.
The first awards go to the Radiologic Technologists at Stephens Memorial Hospital. Charlotte Ray, Shelby LeBlond, Kelly Newton, & Sarah Annance are 4 of Stephens’ finest.

Charlotte is always smiling and friendly. She is willing to teach, reviews tips and tricks, and always has confidence in students’ abilities.
Shelby is always upbeat and positive and is willing to help. She gives great constructive criticism. Shelby is a phenomenal mentor. She is always willing to help and is so supportive of the students. She has made my clinical experience so enjoyable. I will miss her!
Kelly is very supportive of students. She gives the students confidence and makes us believe in ourselves.
Sarah is super supportive. She looks out for opportunities when student can succeed and then makes it happen. Sarah truly makes students feel they can do this!
